Domestic Shipping
PLEASE ALLOW 2 - 3 DAYS PRIOR TO SHIPPING FOR PROCESSING AND HANDLING. SHIPPING SPEED IS CALCULATED AFTER THE 2 DAY PERIOD FOR QUALITY CHECK BEFORE BEING SHIPPED
UNITED WE DRESS utilizes FEDEX as well USPS for domestic deliveries. The carriers depend on shipping address, availability and shipping expense. UNITED WE DRESS strives to provide the most secure and affordable carrier, whenever possible.
Note: P.O. Box and APO addresses will be shipped using United States Post Office.
Shipping Charges
These are United We Dress current shipping times. Shipping cost is calculated by distance and speed of delivery. We also offer Flat Rate Shipping for $9.95
- Standard Shipping (US orders) - 5 -12 business days from the time order was placed.
- Express Shipping (US orders) - 3 -7 business days from the time order was placed.
- Standard International Shipping (Outside the US) - 9 -14 business days from the time the order is placed
- Express International Shipping (Outside the US) - 8 -10 business days from the time the order is placed
All orders to APO/FPO addresses are sent USPS Priority Mail. There are no additional fees.
Shipping Charge for orders within the United States will be calculated at time of purchase taking into consideration shipping address, weight of package as well as carrier and method of shipping.
- 3 Day Air, 2 Day Air and Overnight shipping vary depending on weight and destination, this will be automatically applied before you checkout.
- To insure your overnight orders arrives on a timely manner they must be placed prior to 12:00 p.m. pacific standard time. This will insure your package arrived the next business day
Sales Tax
We charge required local and state taxes for California. The appropriate amount will be applied to your order when it is totaled by our shopping cart.
Returns: Yes we accept returns! We understand sometimes returns are needed , If you would like to return your order you must contact a Sales Representative and the purchase must be in our offices WITHIN 5 DAYS of the day of delivery (or a we may reject the return or apply a 20% restocking fee, at our discretion).
Note: Delivery times do not include weekends only the business week. Otherwise, a 2 day air order that goes out on Thursday will not arrive until Monday.
International Shipping
Although UNITED WE DRESS will always strive to provide the best shipping method are subject to the norms and regulations of the carriers and the time line of international shipping is subject to the delivery address method chosen. Keep in mind that UNITED WE DRESS will look for the most secure and customer economical shipping.
Privacy & Security
At UNITED WE DRESS customer service is of prime importance, we will accept refund (minus shipping cost), providing dress is in original condition with tags intact and DELIVERED to our offices within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. That means you have 14 Days to contact our Offices at (818)981-1656 AND make sure the package has been delivered to our office within 14 Days. You will receive a reference number for your return that can be written on the box or invoice to verify. This is a very strict policy and any packages received after the 14 Day period will be shipped back to customer at their expense.
You can choose to request a refund (minus shipping), make an exchange or choose to hold a store credit with us. Simply let the sales reps know what your preferred method and they will take care of it for you!
UNITED WE DRESS provides various modes of communication for our customers; you can choose to call 818-981-1656, email or simply make a note on the original invoice and return with product. Please keep in mind that specialty orders and quinceanera dresses are not returnable.
Returns & Exchanges
At UNITED WE DRESS customer service is of prime importance, we will accept refunds (minus shipping cost + a 20% Restocking Fee), when your order is received back to our location WINTHIN 3 DAYS from the day you received your order. A phone call must be placed with a UNITED WE DRESS Sales Representative and a refund confirmation number must be issued WITHIN THE 3 DAY PERIOD OF SHIPMENT for any refund/exchange to be processed. Any call or attempt to return the dress AFTER THE 3 DAY PERIOD will be rejected and no refund or return will be made. There will also be 20% restocking fee for any processed returns.
ALL RETURNS MUST INCLUDE THE ORDER RECEIPT. We will refund your original card and you will receive an email receipt of your refund. Please allow 3-4 days for us to process a return and credit your account. Your refund may be reflected on your next statement
UNITED WE DRESS provides various modes of communication for our customers but by calling our line (818) 981-1856 we can deal with you in a personal manner to ensure any issues can be taken care of. Please keep in mind that specialty orders, such as quinceanera dresses are not returnable.
As we do allow returns, we must limit the amount of times you can return a purchase. That is why we LIMIT 2 RETURNS PER SEASON on all designer dresses. If you need to purchase more than 2 designer dresses please indicated that on your order and we can make a special exception for you.
Special Orders/Accessories:
We do not take returns on special order dresses. Final sale and slightly damaged items are non-returnable.
We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS for all authentic jewelry, vintage pieces, accessories (purse, scarves, etc.) and shoes.
Late Returns
UNITED WE DRESS offers NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS AFTER THE 3 DAY PERIOD FROM DATE ORDER WAS DELIVERED. Any order sent from customers after the 3 day period or without confirmation from a UNITED WE DRESS sale representative will not be accepted and will be sent back. Please make sure your order is correct before purchasing and that you have the right size.
We must receive the item and a copy of your invoice at our location WITHIN 3 DAYS (14 days for international customers) of the date you received your order NO EXCEPTIONS. If items are received past the 3 day policy, they will be returned to you. The original credit card on file will be refunded in full (minus shipping charges + 20% Restocking Fee). You will receive an email of your return receipt. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged Returns
UNITED WE DRESS assured our customers a high level of quality control; should a return be received with any sign of having been worn or damage it will be returned to the customer at customer cost. Such damage includes but is not limited to deodorant, make-up, food, beverage stains. In addition all tags must be intact in original state and position. We will not accept returns if tags are missing, if the item appears worn or is damaged with makeup, deodorant, cigarette smoke, snags, perfume etc., or it is past the return period. These returns will be sent back to you at your cost or charged a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.
Multiple Items Orders: United We Dress understands that you may want to order several items in order to try on. However, please limit your selection to 3 dresses. All returns of 4 or more dresses will be charged a $25 restocking fee per returned dress, regardless of the situation or reason for return.
SPECIAL OCCASION DRESSES: United We Dress does not accept refunds for Special Occasion dresses (dresses that are only worn for speicifc events such as Quince or Prom). We encourage you to make sure the dress is the right size and fit before making your purchase.
Ordering
Purchasing Multiple Items
UNITED WE DRESS understands that in your efforts to acquire the perfect dress you may want to purchase multiple items to try on. We ask that you utilize our designer size charts as well as limit the quantities to 2 additional dresses. Keep in mind that all purchases/returns are subject to our return policies. In addition all returns of 3 dresses or more will be assessed a restocking fee of $20 per dress.
Special Orders
Due to the nature of a special order such as quinceanera dresses and specialty designers UNITED WE DRESS is unable to accept returns on any quinceanera dress. Specialty Designers Bonny, Alyce, Sherrie Hill and quinceanera gowns are made/purchase to order and are there for NOT RETURNABLE or EXCHANGABLE.
If a dress is noted SPECIAL ORDER TIME REQUIRED, the customer when be contacted directly and informed of timing.
Payments
UNITED WE DRESS accepts payment in the form of Visa, Master card, American Express and discover card. All transactions will be charged/handled using U.S. currency. In addition international purchases may be subject to duty/tax charges of the particular countries.
Extra Policies
Please read the full description of the items for size and fit before making your purchase. As some items are not in stock at the moment we try to make sure all dresses are available.
That means, the dress is not in stock. All orders will be shipped when they arrive.
Canceling Orders: Unless there is a problem with your order (i.e. your item is out of stock or delayed) we have a no cancellation policy. Once your order has been placed and processed, it is impossible for us to catch it and cancel it for you. You must wait to receive your item and then if applicable, you may send it back for an exchange or refund (shipping charges are non-refundable).
